The sun sets at 3pm there?! I never knew that. I live in the US in Ohio and in the winter the sun sets around 6 pm. In the summer it doesn't set until about 9:30. I love it :)

Mint makes me gag. I try to find the little kid bubblegum toothpaste when I can. I also use orange or cinnamon flavored mouthwash. It is so hard to find not mint flavored dental products.

I don't think the real issue with eating right before bed is (or should be) whether it impacts weight loss or not. The more pressing potential issues relate to digestion and quality of sleep, and that is a problem for most people with any food - not just foods they don't tolerate well.

You guys are so cute at the end, I have noticed since I started shutting off lights and not using my phone or laptop in bed I fall asleep more easily. I hadn't considered how temperature could affect my sleep so much but I do sometimes wake up through the night or especially in the mornings I wake up hot, thanks for the tips :)

You and Mario have such a good relationship :) I really appreciate all the efforts that you put into your contents for your viewers. This question is unrelated to this video but no matter how much I work on my legs or lower abs, I can't seem to get rid of the inner thigh fat nor the stubborn belly pouch. I know you have to have mind & muscle connection but aside from that do we need to do some sort of inner thigh activation first to maximize the burn or add heavy weights? How about the abs? Maybe it's cause I have weak lower abs? I dunno, it's kind of frustrating when you see progress everywhere else but nothing from the problem areas? I'm nowhere near to how you train. I solely workout from the comforts of my home. I alternate from 15-30 mins HIIT training about 3x's a week, then focus on legs, arms and glutes on the off days (15-30 mins) and combine about 5 mins abs with each session. I might be training wrong? Maybe I need to train longer? Not striving for a perfect physique just wanting to tone/tighten the areas where I store fat the most :) I gave up on my arms though, they're hopeless...Lol...

If you have areas of excess fat that you want to lose then you need to create a caloric deficit so that you can lose it. You cannot spot reduce fat. Working an area won't cause you to lose fat from there - that's not how your body works.

From what I understand, you can't really choose where fat comes off I.e. doing more ab exercises doesn't get rid of belly fat though does make your core stronger. It sounds like you're working really hard, it may be just a matter of changing your diet a bit :)

Hi Natacha! Do you have any tips or ideas (sleep wise, gym wise, or just routine in general) for people whose routines aren't consistent? I work in the evening a lot of the time and dont usually get home until 11:45 PM (sometimes 1 a.m.) and I have a hard time creating routine when every week my schedule is different. Loved this video and hopefully I can use some of these tips :)

I wanted to tell you something. At the gym, when I used to need to tighten and fix my hair after running, jumping rope etc, I would redo it so there were no bumps and it was smooth. But I LOVE how you’re hair has bumps etc when you’re working out because you’re focused on your work. Now after jumping around during my workouts, I just tighten it real quick and welcome the bumps because it reminds me of you and that I’m working out too hard to care.

Showering everyday, especially getting your hair wet and washing it everyday, is not healthy for your skin or hair health. We shower way to much in the west.

If you're doing intense workouts nearly everyday, getting sweaty everyday than you need to wash that off. The smell of old sweat accumulated on skin isn't pleasant.

Can't shower before bed because my hair can easily take 6 hours to air dry and I hate using a hairdryer because I end up with a huge, frizzy mess 😂😭

Hi Natacha! I have my Mom coming to visit me for New Years after 6 months - I'm on exchange in Aussie. She's kind of trying to get healthier, more relaxed and fitter as well. Since I'm vegan, she's not very keen on changing her lifestyle to such extent - wholesome vegan food & full-on training - , but she's always down for eating plant-based with some alterations.
