Workout:
- Repeat circuit 3 times (rest is dependent on you so take your time and go once you feel you can give it your all in the next circuit, I took 2 mins rest between circuits)
1. Pull-ups superset to failure at each assistance ( bodyweight, low assistance, medium assistance, high assistance)
2. Wide arm press ups x 12
3. Leaning skull crushers x 12
- Hanging L-sit holds 3 x upto 20s (1 min rest)
- Box jump variations 5 x 12 (45s rest)
- Kneeling squat jump reverse box jump combo 4 x 10 (1 min rest)
- If these are tricky break the moves down and do kneel to squat plus box jumps, definitely don’t try anything you’re not comfortable with!!

Help a girl out here I have been working out consistently for about a year I've seen some progress but I notice every time I hit a consistent 5 day split I get sick it takes like 1 or 2 weeks of consistently going to the gym and I'm sick again am I over training or is something wrong with me I dont get it

Been trying to do more intuitive eating but I am so used to under eating I feel full so quickly. Really don’t like tracking food but I think I might need to for a while until I’m used to how much I need to eat. How were you able to start doing pull ups? I’ve been doing assistance pull ups on a machine and tried to decrease the assistance every time but it seems as though I have been making any progress (I’ve been doing this along with other exercises for over a few months)

Honestly I don't have words. You are amazing. Love the easygoing type motivation. Huge fan of your Instagram videos (I work out at home😉) giving a simple and quick set of things to do. The intuitive training is so important... It keeps my mind involved and I'm starting to realize that is super important. If you are training - be there, don't be worrying about work or whatever... OMG ! Stealing the last piece of waffle would be a cause of breakup for me :o DON'T STEAL MY FOOOOOD That being said, I think that intuitive training is a really interesting thing. I often feel it would be great to be less "structured" in my workout because, sometimes, too much structure make me feel stressed and anxious when I don't feel to workout. Intuitive training might be defenitively a way to make the gym more enjoyable in those moments. I allready began to keep my last workout of to week to do whatever I feel like to do, but I don't see why I wouldn't allow me to be more "creative" and "free" more often :) Finally, I love your videos ! You're such an inspiration

hey Ruth!! Thanks so much!! I have had it for a while but never got the chance to take it out for a video like this. it's the Sony arIII with a Zeiss 1.4. It's been amazing in low light especially in the UK when the cloud cover is so thick even during the day my canon 80D was really struggling!! I graded some of the footage though most of it is ungraded (: I'm so happy you liked it, it really means a lot!! All my love xxx
