    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1, Move 2, Move 3, Move 4, Move 5 and then repeat.
    1. Pivot squats
    2. Opposite toe touches

Yoooo! Who ever is still hesitating about doing this workout , lemme tell you that it doesnt work good. IT WORKS PERFECT!!!! You'll see results in a matter of the first week , I have been doing it for 3 days and the results are intense. Like I didnt actually think that this will be this much effective. It could be any second, hour or day. This is very serious. We cannot take our money, riches or fame with us when we die. We have to give an account of our life to God. Please think about this. I don’t do aerobic or high intensity workouts at all, usually just yoga. However I decided to give this a go as I haven’t been walking about as much since working from home. I only did one round as I have arthritis and like to check I don’t end up in too much pain later on! At the end I was sweaty. I walked up the stairs to shower and my legs were aching. So I will stick with one round and see how it goes :-)

I did this workout!! Of course I couldn’t do it at the same pace as natacha, but I did do the whole exercise without stopping and i’m proud of myself. I actually train for about 1hr and 30mins a day so that’s one of the biggest reasons why I was able to do this. I’m still looking forward to being able to perfect this workout!!

I personally find the breaks very long and have the feeling that I can only reach my limit with shorter ones. Would you recommend doing this workout with shorter breaks or am I doing something wrong?

I think in one of her videos she said that she adds in the long breaks so that you can push yourself to the fullest during the workout. But if you find they're too long and aren't getting tired I think it would be fine to take shorter breaks.

I just did this for 40 minutes and I am honestly so proud of myself. I would have never thought I would be able to do anything even close to that, but I did. My body is a lot stronger than I give it credit for. The 40 minutes was the hardest workout I have ever done, but I am so glad I did it. The only thing holding me back from getting my perfect body is my mind. I constantly tell myself I cant do that so why even try, but now I know that I can and I dont have an excuse to not workout anymore.

Great little morning workout. I modified a little for it to be more intense. I did 45 seconds on, 15 off (thank you for the additional countdown break timer 👌). For the beginning exercise I added 5lb weights to each hand and made the swing part into an ab crunch. I added 2 pushups at the end of each exercise. Your speed and form kept me in check, no slacking! 💪🤗

I am going to start doing this HIIT workout three times a week as well as a keto diet. Hopefully I remember to update. Hope this works. I'm going to do this for a month. If it helps I will continue to do it after. I have one month until school and I'm trying to drop about 30 pounds. Ik I won't lose that in a month but I'm hoping to make progress. I will be doing this on a Mondays Wednesday Friday schedule as well as doing cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. I might not be able to keep up keto on the weekends because I am still a kid and am under my parents roof. My mom is doing keto as well as my older sister. But my dad isn't and I am mostly with my dad on weekends and we eat pizza. I will improvise with what I have to be able to keep this up. I need lots of motivation to keep going so I hope I don't get discouraged. Day 1. I weighed 168.0 pounds and am 5'3. I couldn't do this very well but I tried my hardest. I was able to do all three rounds and they seemed to get a little easier the third round than in the first even though I was tired out. I officially started keto today and will be keeping track.
