    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1, Move 2, Move 3, Move 4, Move 5 and then repeat.
    1. Pivot squats
    2. Opposite toe touches
    3. Jack to narrow jump
    4. Down dog to kick back
    5. Kneel to squat with knee drive

@Familiar friends Hi, it is possible that you gained muscle. Also weight fluctuation of an amount that small is perfectly normal. Lastly, I would reccoment=d you would try this for a longer period of time and make sure that your meals are balanced. Another thing you should look into is intuitive eating. Anyway, I hope you have more luck as your journey continues.

I’m literally dead inside ... but it’s effective like really affective I’ve been self conscious of wearing crop tops because my stomach always shows . But thanks to you I now weigh 105 pounds I was originally was 120 now I’m 105 I’ve lost 15 pounds thanks to you Natacha your the best !!

had to do 5 rounds of this (i know you're not supposed to but i wasn't even sweating that much at the end of 3 rounds), usually three or four rounds is enough to tire me out.. is my form wrong? tried to follow natacha the exact same but still wasn't very challenging. After five rounds i'm literally dripping but it usually doesn't take five rounds for me to feel it. is this workout just a bit easier than your regular 15 minute workouts?

I did this for exactly 1 month. I changed the positions just a little so it wont be to hard and weight lifting. My weight was 230lb and now I’m down at 214lb I will continue. I began to eat clean, did caloric deficit, 16/8 fasting. Get started if your already thinking about this. I believe in you! Plz don’t give up you can do this!
