    Full Body Functional Dumbbell Only Workout:
    5 mins warm-up: Gentle cardio to raise the heart rate (: I made this video explaining how to warm-up: nosection.info/title/d355Y5yspmdrqbA/video
    1. Squat thrust to thruster - 3 x 10 reps
    2. Dumbbell front squat - 4 x 8 reps
    1. Advanced version: Squat to alternating lunge - 4 x 6 reps (1 rep counts as: 1 squat, Left lunge, 1 squat, Right lunge)
    3. Single leg deadlift to knee drive - 3 x 8 reps per side
    4. Dumbbell swing - 4 x 12 reps
    5. Side lunge with extension - 3 x 8 reps per side
    6. Push press - 4 x 12 reps
    7. Renegade row - 4 x 14 total reps
    1. Advanced version: renegade row to rotation - 4 x 14 total reps
    8. Russian twists - 4 x 16 total reps
    9. Plank pull-throughs - 4 x 14 total reps
    10 min cool down and stretching 😅

I'm not proud to say this took me almost 50 minutes... but I am proud that I finished it! And I feel great and energized, I appreciate that we can choose our own rest time and pace so I don't feel totally wiped out like after some YT workout videos. Can you do a follow-along dumbell workout? Like, the same as the 20-minute full-body workouts you've put out more recently? I looove the full-body ones but my muscles don't "grow" as much with bodyweight exercises and I miss seeing my muscle definition and size. I need something to follow along with that has 0% talking and jammin' music lol

I want to start off saying this workout was amazing and I loved it, it was challenging but still mostly possible to get through. However, I'm hoping for some help/advice!! I get so confused on these workouts sometimes when, for example, the rotational ab workout I can personally do just fine but it had a 'step by step' on how to get better at it. But then some of the other ones I literally couldn't do no matter what I tried don't have this even though they seem more challenging (to me, personally) the two being the ones where you're in a plank position and supporting yourself with your wrists. These killll my wrists and they feel like they're going to snap. I know I need to work on my wrist strength, but I don't know how and I never see anyone else struggle with them like I do. Is there anyone out there who knows how to work on this so that I can do these awesome strength-building moves?! thank you!!

Honestly to work on joint strength I HIGHLY recommend going to a physical therapist. It might seem like an over exaggeration for what you’re going through, but I’m a frequent flyer for PT. Give it a shot

Russian twists I do without weight sitting on the edge of a bed or couch because I have back problems. I cant do it on the ground at all.. I still feel the burn and it works as well as I remeber it working when I used to do it on the floor years ago. I want your opinion on this though.. maybe try it and tell me what you think? I also will put my knees to chest and do crunches sitting on the edge of a bed or couch. I have my core engaged too as if I were on the floor. Okay thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@Noa Kovalio try not to lean back as much until you are comfortable to do so. Also after your workouts, try to do MADFIT's stretching techniques. It's been helpful for any workout I do now, making me more flexible and less in pain

@soliferi I don't think it's about my core muscles cuz I have a strong core (I'm working out my core strength for over 2 years. I have checked my vitamins and they are okay I just feel like my bone is popping out so it's kind of hitting the floor
