    1. Resistance band squat to jack 4 x 10 reps
    2. Cossack squat 3 x 10 (reps per side)
    3. Squat jumps 4 x 8 reps
    4. Resistance band stiff legged deadlift with extension 4 x 10 reps
    5. Resistance band single leg hamstring curl 3 x 12 (reps per side)
    6. Skaters 4 x 16 (total reps)
    7. Resistance band standing single leg hamstring curl 3 x 8 (reps per side)
    8. Chair single leg glute bridge (hamstring focused) 2 x 12 (reps per side)
    Superset:
    9. Chair reverse hip thrusts 3 x 12 reps
    10. Chair seated resistance band abductions 3 x 14 reps

Woah Natacha! I did the sample workout yesterday, absolutely loved it. My cheap long resistance band snapped early on but luckily my boyfriend volunteered to be resistance (he did not go easy on me😂). just bought each resistant band except for the light shorter one. I am so excited to get them. My gym membership was getting to be too much in cost so now I am happy to use my house to get a really good resistance training for a low cost and long time. a tree will become my official pull up bar (with a towel between the tree and band to keep it safe!)

Woooo!!!🎉🎉 congrats on the new release Natacha! I am really looking to get one of your guide but unfortunately can only afford 1 - which would you recommend?? My background is years of eating issues but recovering have been consistently training F45 5-6 days a week (mix cardio and resistance) for the past 1 year and looking to continue lose fat and get stronger. How do you keep the smaller ones from rolling up? We have those at my gym and they always roll up. Going crazy most of the time. I just use the long ones now and use the double around my legs. Second question: I have the knees of a 80y old. Both where dislocated multiple times. Because of that I went for sporting 7 days a week to none. So gained a lot. What guide you think I can use best? :)

I downloaded the home guide, which by the way, I am very positively impressed and intrigued by. The issue I found though is related to the app not really working properly. The guide should dispose videos to be downloaded to see how the exercise should be done. It should moreover provide simplified movement for an easier version. All mentioned while using the app, I tried downloading the exercise, but it says "unable to download...." I tried whatever: deleted and downloaded the app, tried logging out and back in, but nothing seems to be working. Since I really trust you Natacha as a person, as well as a fitness inspo, I hope there will be the possibility to fix my problem.  I have willingly spent my money on the guide, since, I repeat, I really trust it, but I would like to take advantage of all what's offered, so with videos explaining the exercises as well.  Love you. ❤️

I'm 17 and I only just got a new job. I start training tonight and I have just decided that my first paycheck (other than my car insurance) is going toward the new guide/bands. I'm so excited for this one because it'll be lower impact and I choose not to do the workouts from Move. and Cut. during my powerlifting season (just so I'm not overextending my body with four very heavy workouts a week plus more). I do have a question about all the guides though: How do you restart the entire guide without individually scrapping every completed workout? I've done it a few times now and it messes up how the weights you've used for various exercises save for next time.

I mostly just care about being able to use the app at the gym or wherever and be able to rely on the fact that it will show me the workout! tracking is a little feature thats nice but not a big deal to me. Hey Tess, they did in the past have a lot of issues but they did a lot of updates in the last 6 months to add a lot of features and to try to avoid glitches. I know what you mean abut being afraid. From my end, beyond being able to track anything which is a bonus, I think the bulk of the value comes in having smartly programmed, fun and effective workouts to make it easier for you to train and for you to gain knowledge about training. There are moves in here that no other home workout programme offers and that’s why it’s so different to everything else out there (: xxx

Is it normal to get fatter before getting slimmer? Been going to the gym for 3 months, lifting heavyish, my muscles are building but my bingo wings and gut are getting fatter!! I eat between 1,700 to 2,000 calories (whole foods) for around 5 months now because I realised I never ate enough in the past. I can only manage to get 90g protein a day. I'm only 5"4.

Thanks for the replies :) yeah I did gradually increase my calories. I've been sporty my whole life and was vegetarian for over 20 years. Am I now eating some meat so maybe my body is also getting adjusted to this. I do lift heavy, I don't do too much cardio at the moment because I walk a lot and also participate in some cardio type sports. I am lifting quite heavy but just recently worked out that I wasn't lifting heavy enough because only now can I feel DOMs. Its probably all trial and error. I still find it hard to eat 2000 calories cos I eat whole foods and don't take protein shakes etc, I'm worried about too much sugar etc. I also think I'm and endomorphs I have a very curvy natural figure. I don't want to lose my curves, but I do need to tone them up as my ass has slowly started disappearing over the years 😭😂 I also think I need to reduce how many times I go to the gym. Gonna just do 3 to 4 times now instead of 5. A lot of the time you don't know if you are doing right from wrong. But thanks for your insights/suggestions. If you suddenly jumped to eating 1700 to 2000 calories a day, then the extra calories you are taking in may be the cause of your fat gain. If your body has been used to take in a lower calories, then that amount of calories could have been your body's maintenance. So the sudden jump of increased calories over a long period of time should have caused your fat gain. Also, you may be accidentally eating more and more calories throughout the week. A 300 calorie range is equivalent to one meal (ish) so inconsistent caloric intake could have amplified the issue. Don't make the mistake that higher calories = more muscle gained because it's usually more fat. Try implementing a combination of HIIT and weight training as the extra cardio will help increase your caloric expenditure while the weight training will continue to allow you to build muscle.
