Can someone please tell me how to kick up against the wall? I can walk it in and out and hold it with my chest there, but I'm too afraid to do it facing the other way. I don't know how to get into the position where my back is facing the wall because I'm always afraid I'll hit my head or something. And she doesn't really show how she does it?? bloating happens to every human being. If you want to reduce bloating keep track of the food that makes you bloated and limit it. For example, once i limited the amount of dairy i eat/drink my bloating has been somewhat under control.

Thanks! This is super helpful - especially chest to wall exercises! How about a tutorial how to make the bridge? I'm super scared of falling into the bridge position, I'm learning to do both the handstand and a bridge right now, there are some other tutorials on how to make the bridge, but I think your way of showing how to learn to do it in whatever many steps along with some helpful exercises would be great!
