I avoid Christmas stuff until a week or two before (kind of like how you avoid the radio overplaying a favorite song) but you and those shops and the cinnamon bun made me SO EXCITED. I want it now! And then fastforward to spring.

I love all the tips on how to eat healthy during christmas, but as holidays are obviously a big struggle so is student life. With barely money or time to make food it is so easy to reach for (cheap) fastfood, even though i really want to eat healthy. Any tips? For example easy healthy dishes or maybe something else?

Hey Natacha! Wonderfull video as always, i loveeloveelovee Christmas too and omygod the little shop looked amazing, I really want to go and decorate myself now haha aah! Anyways, I have a question for you that I think might be fun for you to answer in one of your upcoming videos. I've been training about 2 light and 2 more 'hardcore' sessions every week (as you said it depends on my plans for the week but this is the case most of the time) and I've been very happy with this rythm I've created for myself and the results it's given me. What keeps surpising me though is how sometimes after a more hardcore or even a ligther workout session I can feel like I nearly died and have a lot of muscle pain/fatigue the next (few) days, while other times I bearly feel anything. What causes this? Tiredness? Stress? Eating habits? Or is it maybe that I subconciously train harder sometimes? And does this mean that sometimes I make a lot of progress/build more muscle while other times (when there's no tired feeling in my muscles) I just have not trained hard enough? Okay well this became a long story but I think you get my point: what influences muscle pain/fatigue and how does it affect your body/muscle buildup? Thanks in advance, you are amazing and doing such good work. You've helped me a lot :D Hope you have a lovely december month xx

This month I have SO MANY DAYS where I can fall off track. December 1st was my sister’s birthday and I ate a ton of delicious food that night (I just ate and exercised like normally starting the next day!). December 8th is MY birthday—I’ll be expecting cake, desserts, pizza, cinnamon rolls, and of course, alcoholic kombucha 🥳👌 I’ll do the same thing as I’m doing now—working out and consuming the same as I always do! Not to mention Christmas Eve and then Christmas Day, which is the day I leave for Maui for six days! I may workout half as much I do and eat double the amount of calories as usual for a week, but who knows? 😂 There’s no reason to fret over the micro-aspects of life when we’ll only remember the macros—who we were with, when we made these memories, and how we felt. No way in hell am I going to look back five or ten years ago, even a YEAR ago, worrying about eating just one more cookie than I hoped for. You’ve truly helped me so much with my relationship with my lifestyle ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Once I saw you crumble it up and throw it in the trash, I said, “YAS NATACHA!!” 👊✋🙌 The holidays are ALL about enjoying yourself and cherishing the company and events around you. They really only come once a year and are unique in their individual rights. It’s not worth discarding those opportunities to try new foods and gain a sense of mental flexibility! Even if you binge or overeat after satisfaction, there’s always room to get back on your feet. I love this video and your approach to things. YES Natacha! 🙌As I see it - creating too many rules around Christmas will probably just make you end up binging as soon as you "break one rule" because you will most likely feel like this is a "now or never opportunity". The best way to stay healthy during the holidays is literally to just look at in the long term, just as you said. And when you are eating those treats you enjoy - make sure to actually ENJOY them (and not stress about it) (and not YOU specifically Natacha, haha, I just meant whoever is reading this comment 😅) Lots of love! 80/20 has helped me so much! I used to be so anxious (still am, somewhat) about eating "clean" all the time. I feel like more people would be willing to live a healthy lifestyle if they knew they didn't have to go insanely strict 24/7, like they do in those 6 week transformation videos you see everywhere.

I'm going away for two weeks over Christmas so I won't be training or eating the best but I am so excited to try some new delicious foods and give my body a break! It might not be the healthiest break but I tend to eat the same foods everyday so it'll be nice to switch it up and make me appreciate healthy eating even more for next year!
