    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 40s and followed by 20s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!
    1. Squat to opposite toe taps
    2. Chameleon sit backs with tap
    3. Lateral kneel to squat
    4. Travelling bears to kick sits
    5. Curtsey lunge switches
    x3 or as many rounds as you like!
    Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

I've been doing a variety of you tube workouts and in pretty good shape but the first time doing this one and my quads were burning! Wish there was a good warmup and cool down after though. I always have to start and end with another workout for their warm up and cool down.

A 15 min HIIT workout with 3 ad breaks in the middle is silly. The whole point is to keep up the intensity. Pre-roll ads are fine but not mid-roll (and especially not 3 mid-roll breaks!) in a HIIT workout.

I start the exercise 10 secs late..and add it to my rest time ...hence making it 30 secs on 30 secs off...And I really enjoyed it this way, as 40 secs on 20 secs off used to tire me a lot in the 1st round itself...but now I'm very happy and I hope to work my way up to 40/20. Keep making such hiit routines . I love them❤❤❤❤❤
