    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 40s and followed by 20s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!
    1. Squat to opposite toe taps
    2. Chameleon sit backs with tap
    3. Lateral kneel to squat
    4. Travelling bears to kick sits
    5. Curtsey lunge switches
    x3 or as many rounds as you like!
    Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

I've lost 23 pounds since July and I know these HIIT workouts played a big part in my the weight loss journey. Thank you so much for these videos! It feels so good to be able to, mostly, keep up with an advanced workout. I can't do the bounce either like I've read in many of the reviews, but I'm scared of a knee injury so I just my focus is form. Yay us!

Y'all if you really want a challenge and target your arms too, do the standing up exercises with a 10lb weight plate. That shit BURNS so good 🔥 Make sure for the lunge set, you hold it above your head and slightly forward to avoid back injury and really hit those muscles ✌🏻

Thank you, Natacha. Definitely the most intense of the workouts I've tried thus far. Love it. I'm in San Francisco, where the gyms are still closed and now the air is too smoky for outdoor exercise.
