    I hope you enjoy this What I Eat in a Day! I’ve put down the recipes below so I hope you enjoy!!
    PANCAKES (serves 2) (mine were made without measuring anything out but here’s a very very similar recipe!):
    1/2 cup Ground oat flour
    1/2 cup Plain flour
    1 cup Milk of choice (I used soya milk)
    1tbsp Oil (preferably not garlic infused)
    1 tsp Salt
    2tbsp Maple syrup
    1/2 tsp Baking powder
    Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add half the soya milk. Mix until a thick batter, then add the soya milk bit by bit to keep the mix smooth. Finally, mix in the oil and maple syrup. Heat a pan to medium/high heat and pour batter. Once small bubbles have started to pop on the surface, flip the pancake and cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve with whatever you love 😘😘😘

    GREEK SALAD + CHICKEN (serves 2):
    1 large Cucumber
    5 large Tomatoes
    1/2 Red onion
    1 Green pepper
    Handful Mint (optional but really good!)
    ~20 Olives
    1/2 pack Feta
    1tbsp Dried oregano
    1/2 tbsp Olive oil
    2-3tbsp Lemon juice
    Salt
    2 Chicken breast (seasoned)
    Heat a pan to medium/high heat and cook chicken breast until juices run clear and cooked throughout. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables by cutting them up into small cubes. Mix together and add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano. Serve the salad with the chicken breast and some bread (: enjoy (:

    PRAWNS, AVOCADO SALAD + POTATO WEDGES (serves 2):
    4 large Potatoes
    2 Roasted rep peppers (from a jar)
    2 medium Avocados
    1 handful Parsley
    1 small handful Chives
    250g Prawns (cooked or uncooked, mine were already cooked)
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    Salt + pepper

    Heat the oven at 180C. Cut the potatoes in thick wedge strips (~1 inch thick). Place in a baking tray and mix in chives, salt + pepper and 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Place in the oven for 40min and keep flipping them every 10mins if you want them extra crispy (: xx
    Cut the avocado into chunks and chop the parsley. Mix together with 1tbsp lemon juice and salt and set aside. Then, add a touch of paprika and salt to the prawns, fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes and serve together with the potatoes, avocado and chopped red peppers.

Hey Natacha. I was thinking about a couple ideas for videos or programs. I was looking for a video that explains the science behind 6 meals a day vs 3 or 2. Does it affect TEE and digestion? Also maybe in time, a program that has a beginner to intermediate to advanced level of functional/ hypertrophy training. I know a lot of us that watch these videos at times feel inadequate when trying out some of the moves because they are (to be honest) way out of our level. Just some thoughts. Either way.. love love watching your videos.. They have inspired me to try training in a whole new way. Thanks again!

Hey Natacha, greetings from germany! I don‘t trust a lot of people regarding information about food, fitness, health and feeling good in your body but somehow I feel like you are very genuine and happy. So I wanted to ask you a few questions and would be so happy if you could answer.I personally lost a bit of weight last year (i actually don‘t really see it but i really got into excercising and educated myself on macros, nutrition and food in general and changed my habits a bit and a few people told me that i actually lost weight) Which is great, and I do overall feel better in my body and enjoy working out. But i eat around 1500-2000 kcal a day (most of the time around 1700 i feel like but it fluctuates) and feel like my progress stopped. (1,70 cm) i don‘t know if it‘s only my perception or if I really hit a plateau. (I don‘t like to take pictures of myself or weigh me because it triggers me because i suffered from anorexia a few years when i was younger, 5 years ago now) what would you suggest i should do if my metabolism adapted apart from lifting? Can i boost my metabolsim with home workouts as well or do i need resistance? Because i don‘t want to go to the gym, but want to keep loosing a bit more fat without restricting again. I‘m worried that i hit a plateau because i believe that i‘ve been in a small deficit now for a few months even though i have 1-2 days every week where i eat up to 2000 kcal as well. What do you think? Am i just stressing or is it possible that my metabolism really went down? I do 7000-10000 steps on average and do hiit 3 times a week and 1 hour of functional training. (Normal bodyweight excercise) and a little bit of jump roping. It might sound crazy but i really don’t know if i eat too much or should eat more or if i’m still making progress even though i don’t see it... crazy 😄 I would be so happy if you could tell me your opinion, even though you have a lot to do. I don‘t know who to talk to and feel like my issue is not big enough to consult a nutritionist even though i‘m anxious because technically i‘m healthy. Thank you and keep on doing what you‘re doing 💕👍🏼 It really helps and is so refreshing 😊

Does it hinder your muscle growth if you workout later at night and don't eat before you sleep? I usually feel more uncomfortably bloated in the morning if I eat right before bed but I end up working out late at night just before I shower and sleep. I'm working on working out earlier in the day.
