    Take 45s-90s rest between each set and exercise. The workout should take you about 70mins (:

    - Seated pull-ups - 3 x 12 reps
    - Alternating single arm dumbbell snatch - 3 x 12 total reps
    - T-bar row - 4 x 10 reps
    - Landmine rotations - 3 x 8 total reps
    - Wide arm lat pull-down - 3 x 12 reps
    - Cable flyes - 4 x 8 reps
    - Dips - 3 x 6 reps
    - Hyperextensions - 4 x 16 reps
    - Bent over curls (with plate) - 4 x 8 reps
    - Tricep pushdowns - 3 x 12 reps

    - HIIT (20min):
    - Resistance band sprints - 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
    - Backward banded squat jumps - 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
    - 1 min rest
    - Dynamic knee raises - 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
    - Abducting fast feet - 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
    - 1 min rest
    - Toe-touch sit-ups - 4 x 20s on, 10s rest

I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from *Agoge Diet* allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don't believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

Hi Natacha! I purchased Cut. reload and I’m loving it so far (on the first week)! Does the time frame that you give for each workout include warmup and stretching afterwards? Also, what warmups and stretches do you recommend? Lastly, my gym doesn’t have a barbell that I can do the landline rotations with so it there an alternative? There's so much I can say that I've changed about myself... but what I'm most proud of? It's probably my mentality. I was lazy, I won't lie, I just didn't care. Didn't care about my health, my diet, ate all the junk I wanted, I was bossy, I was inconsiderate and most of all selfish. September 2017 I completely did a 180, I decided enough was enough and I started working out, went cold turkey on all junk food and most importantly started focusing on self improvement. I want to be a better person, I want to be kinder, I want to be stronger, and now I constantly try to be the best I can be, instead of settling for 2nd best (or even last place!). My mental strength is one of my most valuable assets now, and striving to be better is the most enjoyable challenge that motivates me to get up early in the mornings!
