1. Plate clean to overhead: 3 x 12 reps
2. Rack pulls: 4 x 8 reps
3. Squat to press: 3 x 10 reps
4. Box jumps: 3 x 10 reps
5. Kneeling squat: 3 x 8 reps
6. Alternating toe touch side lunges: 3 x 16 total reps
7. High-to-low woodchoppers: 3 x 7 per side

Happy New year to you and Mario! I've been subscribed to this channel for quite a while now and it's always been my saving grace in terms of keeping me motivated and most importantly well informed. I'm a professional Dancer and there's a lot of pressure on not only keeping my body physically fit but also aesthetically looking "Fit". Your recent videos getting your box splits and training like a ballerina were my favourites of course and really nice to see Dance techniques incorporated in your training. It's hard to find workouts that incorporate recovery time so your body doesn't lose its flexibility and mobility, that's why I love your programs. Hi Natacha, thanks so much for your videos. I cant believe its taken me so log to find you (I just subbed). I know you probably dont have time to be answering this but thought id give it a try. Im building a garage gym at home as I live in a very rural area without many commercial options. I plan on buying restart, cut and build and my goals are to get lean and strong by increasing muscle and burning fat. My question is I will have room for approx four machines and I want to make sure i get the most versatile options. I already have a crosstrainer and will be wanting a weights bench. What other pieces of equipement would you consider "must haves"? Sorry for the long comment!

I just want to say thank you for understanding the struggles we have to balance life with being fit and healthy. This is something I’ve been struggling with these past few months. I used to be able to workout 7 days a week but now since I have a full time job, I’m lucky to workout 30 minutes in a week. Just found you binging on your videos, re start is great because I am old and out of shape, but was an athlete prior and still an equestrian doing Pilates ... lost 20 pounds since 1/7... now able to move better, started with just walking. Was just wondering whats the best thing to do after completing the guides? Especially if wanting to keep the physical changes to my body. I though about going back to my usual workout, which dies include a lot of weight lifting (unsure what to do with food/calorie intake) and then every second month go back to your guide? This year I want to improve my general health. I have ME since 2015 and gut issues for 7 years,so my life hasn't been neither horrible nor easy.
