    The 10 minute AB workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. Check the video for the easier variations on challenging moves ☺️

@misomiso Hi, I am not Natacha but I can answer those questions. 1. 5-6 times a week is a good amount. If you are just starting off, however, you can start with 3-4 times a week and work your way on. 2. Yes, it is. 3. No. She used to be a competitive marathon runner, but now has shifted to YouTube. She knows the dedication and exercises needed to be fit which is why she id going workouts. Hope this helped !

one and a bit year later, this is still hands down the best and my favourite ab workout ever, just gives me so much motivation to do it and at this point I know exactly when the exercises start and finish from the music without having to wait for the signal xDD but I love it and it's still challenging enough when you want a short boost during the day

Anyone have any recommendations for a popping hip flexor? Usually when I do some sort of lower ab workout it pops and isn't painful but during this workout it started to hurt, especially during the straddle exercise so I had to stop for that one :(

I have a question. Often times when I work out, I will work my very hardest. I definitely feel the burn whenever I work out, but I almost never feel sore or anything afterwards. Is this a sign that I need a new or more difficult work out? Or am I simply not doing it correctly?

IKR! The first time I tried this workout the kick sits felt so awkward and it was hard to stay balanced during them, probably because it's not a move that I usually train for. I practiced them consistently at my own pace after the workout, and about a week later I could follow along w/Natacha. Hopefully you experienced the same thing since this comment was posted a few weeks ago :)
