    The 20 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!
    1. Prisoner side to side squats
    2. Explosive halo slam
    3. Single leg body saw crunch
    4. Alternating knee strikes
    5. Lateral bears + kneel-to-squat
    x4 or as many rounds as you like!

Same with putting them down and questioning their intelligence when I know nothing about the person. So I owned up to my mistake and will move on.

Is it really weird that I was genuinely smiling through some of these moves, like they were ... actually fun. I have been doing specific muscle group training workouts for several months now but this is the first time I've seen these kinds of exercises and loved that there was no need for extra equipment. Challenging, easy to fit into my day and I really enjoyed it! Think I might be a HIIT convert. Thank you!!!

Out of all HIIT videos, this is the one that I enjoy the most! Initially I only managed to do 2 rounds but after 3mths of keto and regular excercise, my fitness level improve so much that I managed to complete 4 rounds yay!!

The problem with keeping weight off when your old is bad joints. It used to be easy for me to workout, now I can't lift anything without hurting my shoulder or knee or elbow. I used to follow the exercise videos and use weights at the same time. Can't do that anymore. I can't walk for very long without something hurting. It's hard and you just want to give up. I don't know if I can do these very fast but brief exercises but I'm willing to try. I will have to find some way to adapt them into things that won't hurt me. The last time I lost a lot of weight I just stopped eating (went through a bad marriage). Even though my joints were bad then (not as bad as they are now) I just kept going, ignored the pain. Eventually my joints loosened up and I could push through it. I jogged, I ran, I rode my bike, and did the videos. I lost 35 pounds. Kept it off for a while. But then once I was "single" again and happy I started enjoying life again which means EATING. And it all came back. And now I'm older and in worse shape so it's hard to do any kind of real exercise. But I'm willing to try.

i’m taking a small pause after 2 rounds and for the first time, it isn’t because i’m too tired but because i feel like i deserve it. i definitely thought this was going to be harder than it was because i haven’t been doing workouts lately but i actually felt really energetic throughout the workout. this was my first time trying any of natacha’s workouts and i really liked it!

I'll put it simple with my own experience and what I've read: HIIT: 2-3 days a week, alternating with a break day or a no HIIT day. For only fat burn: you can couple it with another cardio or HIIT video based on your level of fitness. For specific body part: you can add any muscle targeting workout with HIIT, let it be abs, legs or arms. I generally spend a whole day doing HIIT and the next day a muscle targeting workout. You can always add a low intensity full body workout or cardio with any workout video you do everyday for more effective results. Hope it's helpful :)

I just completed round 1... kinda...ish, and my throat feels like it’s burning. I already feel sore I thought that was supposed to happen the next day. And that crab one I couldn’t do properly cuz idek how she got up to do the mini squat thing. But yeah, intense but only took 6 minutes wow. The fact that I feel lightheaded and dizzy just shows how unfit I am and how much I need to do this😂 I don’t exercise, this isn’t me, but I’m hoping I can incorporate this into my routine so I can be a better, healthier, more happier version of me. Hey! I just started this workout and I plan on doing this for a week and check the result! Additionally, I'm doing a 10min core workout and intermittent fasting where I eat only between 2pm-10pm and I'm trying to cut down sweets! Let's see if this works😩

Good luck, you got this! But just so you know, these workouts work best if you REALLY push yourself — it's a mental game that results in your best physical performance. You really should only do 3-4 hiit workouts a week — I would try a non-hiit full body workout on the other days (natacha had one for 30 minutes, I believe). I think it'll help avoid burn-out, as well as keep you healthy!
