Natacha-I really want to ask you for some help :( I've been incorporating some new HIIT workouts into my usual routine and after a week my body is so sore. My lower body especially really hurts but I don't know how to recover. I've tried taking rest days and rolling out my muscles with a foam roller but they're still really sore. I don't know what to do at this point

I’m learning anatomy and physiology in order to be a trainer, and it’s so refreshing to see someone who do videos of subjects like that and base everything on science 🧬! I am from Israel , by the way😂 In addition, I watch the video you have done on intermittent fasting, and I wanted to ask you if there is any science base that says that it is better to eat less at night/ finish eating few hours before going to sleep, with no connection to intermittent fasting, in regular diet Hope you can answer me, since I found only one research on this subject that shows that who ate his last meal at 7 pm lost more fat than who ate his last meal at 11 pm , But if someone in regular diet or want to build muscle, it can influence on it?

I really should watch her videos like this cause i feel so suck when i cant finish the circuit like this workout will never effective when she try to encourage that everyone is different and just make her workout comfortable to follow and enjoy the workout so the workout will work effectively. I pressured my self to love lunges but i totally hate it cause it makes my knee pain than her words when she said she did excercise that make her happy i think maybe i should too. My grandma was around 13 while ww2 was raging. Im Danish and if you didnt know Denmark surrended after a very short time, so danes werent super scared (except for when Copenhagen Got bombed) and some of the few changes were blackout at Night. But my grandma has told me this qurantine reminds her of ww2. Some things are unavailable and people look generally more sad. So i guess the World is literally at war with a virus.

I just found your channel and I am so happy! Getting fit/losing weight can really easily become an anxiety inducing thing if we start doing it for the wrong reasons. Your channel is bright and happy and it does make fitness look like something we should be doing for our entire well being, and not just to fit into societal standards beauty sizes. That getting fit is a marathon not a sprint. I think a lot of people struggle with getting into shape for the wrong reasons (to feel beautiful even when we already are regardless, skinny, etc). If you’re overweight make sure you’re drinking enough water. When I was big there were times I thought I was hungry but I was just dehydrated. Once I started drinking a glass of water before eating I started to see my body change.

Hey Natacha, I've been really struggling with body image lately. It feels quite suffocating to continually think about calories and feeling guilty if I'm not exercising enough. I'm constantly reading articles and watching videos about losing weight. I feel quite ashamed that as a biomedical science undergrad, I have such a muddled up view of how my body works and what it needs. This video was super encouraging as a reminder that I just need to CHILL! I don't need to have this pressure! I'm a size 6 but untoned and that's ok! I don’t know intuitive eating seems like a nice idea because it is natural way of eating but we are living in an unnatural Times with food around us 24 /7 , unhealthy food disguised as healthy , super easy access to food , unhealthy food being so cheap . I think people intuition is probably messed up to what to eat . Also leptin and gherlin are important hormones that play a role in controlling satiety and hunger . You can’t intuitively eat if those are at of wack . Can you please talk more about these hormones 😊 if you haven’t .

Hi! I'm following your Home reload programme and combining it with couch to 5k (nearly at the end so run for 25 mins straight) but not quite sure the best way to order it in terms of rest days and whether to do the lower or upper body workouts on the same day as the run? I love how you highlight that having chill training sessions is totally okay during this time, but it's ironic because I've only started exercising seriously and going hardcore again once quarantine started loool. Overall, I love your intuitive training mindset and how you only do exercises that make you feel good! Hey Katie ♥️♥️ their fitness stuff is great and so is some of their advice around food, but their 8 week challenge which puts women on 1,300 calories alongside regular exercise is a huge mistake and ignores such strong scientific literature on all the biochemical effects. Plus how is it supposed to maintain a healthy relationship with food? 😫😔 That one makes me so sad and it’s so disappointing when they’ve got so much else right.
