    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 3 times!
    1. Low to high woodchoppers
    2. Bear sit backs w/ knee drive
    3. Explosive squat to tap
    4. Elbow-knee tap sit-ups
    5. Squat to standing donkey kick
    x3 or as many rounds as you like!

I'm 36 and love doing these workouts. You need to alternate/try her other workouts though as your body eventually gets used it and will desire more of a challenge. Love the room and music! Keep up the good work!

Anyone have any recommendations for an alternative to the "bear sit backs with knee drive"? I have bad hip flexors so any 'mountain climber-esq' movement can be painful. I just did situps instead but I feel like that wasn't the best substitute.
