    The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 3 times!
    1. Low to high woodchoppers
    2. Bear sit backs w/ knee drive
    3. Explosive squat to tap
    4. Elbow-knee tap sit-ups
    5. Squat to standing donkey kick
    x3 or as many rounds as you like!

Get it gir! I've heard so many good things about HIIT workouts so I decided to give this set a try. You are a straight up beast! I can do every move in sets of 10 or so, but in quick succession with 15 seconds breaks.... I didnt stand a chance. I'll definitely tune in for more! 👍💪

I didn't realize until I looked at my watch in round 3 just how much this got my heart racing! Super fun moves. The elbow to knee bit took me two whole plays through to get but I just flailed and got as close as I could until then 😂

My first excursion with Natacha and it was great. With a chronic knee injury, it's not always easy to find suitable cardio. This was fun, felt effective...and by the third time through (or even the second) I'd really got the rhythm of the moves!
