Breakfast:
Super simple, all it needs are 2 slices of pumpernickel bread or seed bread, 1.5tbsp ricotta, banana, berries, pistachios and some maple syrup. Tbh ricotta is really soft so it goes with pretty much all sweet toppings ❤️
Lunch:
Please try this it’s so tasty, really easy to make and tastes really different to the food I typically eat (in a good way ofc)

Dinner:
This was based on the photo so this is my take on it (serves 2)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 2 cans lentils (any kind is fine, I used black beluga)
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3tbsp vinegar (any kind)
- Handful of salad leaves (any kind)
- 10 radishes, sliced
For the Honey mustard dressing:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard (I mixed dijon and wholegrain)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Preheat the oven to 180C (fan oven). Season the chicken, wrap in bacon and place in a tray to bake for ~45mins until the juices run clear. In a small bowl, place the onion slices in 3tbsp vinegar, mix the vinegar through and let sit until the chicken is cooked (they will start to pickle and lose their overpowering oniony flavour). Then in a large bowl, mix the lentils, tomatoes, radishes, and salad leaves. Once the chicken is cooked, add the onion and all the dressing to the salad bowl. Serve the salad on a plate, cut the chicken in slices and serve over the salad! Enjoy!! ❤️
Bruschetta/Pan con tomate (serves 2):
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 medium tomatoes, blended (strain if very liquidy)
1 clove garlic
1tbsp olive oil
Salt
Toast the bread. Once toasted, rub the garlic onto the bread. Then add olive oil, tomato and salt to taste and you’re all good to go (:

I just swapped the butter for coconut oil in the same ratios and it worked perfectly! I didn’t do the cream cheese but everything else was great and the recipe is really easy to follow!

That bread IS THE BEST. I enjoy the pumpernickel version. The key to enjoying it is: (1) well toasted which you did really well(!), (2) adding almond butter with slices of banana, (OR) (3) avocado plus salt+pepper and smoked trout or just with avo. BTW your workouts are amazing!

I think the fact that this woman has 1.2 million followers tells everything you know about people today. This girl has absolutely zero useful information to give, just talks about eating food and not in a good way. And any exercise advice she gives, if any, is quite useless. As a former competitive distance Runner, I can tell you, you don't need to do anything she says. Just open the door and go running. you lose weight, be perfect shape. eat healthy 6 days a week and cheat once a week that's it. And you didn't need to follow me to get that advice.

I have problems with intuitive eating because I don't want to eat that much throughout a day. I think I have around 1200-1500 calories on average per day (2-3 meals with 300-500 calories per meal) even though I have my dance training 2 days per week and go through Chloe's programs at home. I never restrict myself in diet and from the birth I didn't want to eat much based on my mom's words (my grandmother fed me by force when I was a baby). Thanks to Natacha's videos I finally came to realization that I have some symptoms of calorie deficit like lack of stamina, bloating and also I sleep a lot to save the energy. But I just don't know how to solve these since I naturally don't crave food :( At least I made myself eat some kasha for breakfast which kinda boosts my carbs intake. But it results in reduction of my next meals!

(Other than rye bread which I would be willing to try with ricotta but I feel like it tastes like the smell of silage (rotting grass) 😆) Prawn dish looked amazing! I love bruchetta too! Never had it with cold tomatoes - looks like a good idea for a summer snack! I usually pan fry or roast chopped tomatoes and red peppers in olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, chilli powder or fresh chilli, paprika and salt and pepper! Then spread that on lightly toasted slices of french baguette! (Lidl baguettes FTW) Nomnom! Great inspirational video! Thank you! 😄💕

Hey, would you consider doing an in depth vid about IF? I know you have a video about going on IF for a week, but I would like to know more about science behind it. They say in many articles that fasting is great for this and that, but most of research papers are actually on fasting longer than 16 hours a day, and the popular articles usually don't tell the difference between advantages of fasting for different periods of time. And maybe fasting for 16 hrs (most popular fasting time frame) just isn't that effective? I'd love your insight on this :)
