    2. Rocket jumps 3 x 10
    3. Hip thrusts 3 x 14 - pause for 1-2 seconds at the top of each rep and squeeze your glute
    4. Kneel to step and knee drive 3 x 8 per side - alternating sides on the step up for each rep!
    5. Bulgarian split squat 3 x 8 per side - add a short loop resistance band and hold as I show to add resistance to the movement, as if you have weights in a gym!

The Aflete application you have to use to access this program is pretty bad -- at least the Android experience has not been kind to me. I wish I had checked the reviews of the app before buying this. I cannot reliably launch the app. I hope Natacha considers other options for providing the programs. :( I am sure it is a lot of fun but I cannot reliably access the content or features.

Hey Natacha and hey all! I don’t have a YouTube channel and don’t use Instagram so I’m not sure where else to post feedback other than here, so I just wanted to give some a few comments on the Home. Reload programme! For someone who has done a lot of body weight training, I found using resistance bands a great addition to my home training as you can really isolate different muscle groups effectively, especially if you’re not up to full scale calisthenics yet! I’ve gotten bigger biceps and also my glutes are looking much rounder than when I started so those are some nice bonuses :) I generally do love the athleticism and feel very athletic after 7 weeks of the programme. It’s a great range of movement as well and considers muscle groups which a lot of home workouts don’t. A couple of comments/suggestions: • For some reason, I find the upper body + core days to be the least challenging - today for example I finished the workout in under half an hour and didn’t feel very challenged, so I did some extra exercises afterwards. I find the core exercises don’t really give (me) a good core/abs workout - perhaps this applies to other people with a relatively high fitness level/good core strength already. Feel like more challenging core exercises could be incorporated to really feel a high engagement there. • something I have felt is missing is a warm up/cool down section to the sessions. I know you have videos on warming up properly but I think a lot of people, especially those without loads of fitness experience, still might not really know what to do and then not warm up properly which can obviously be quite dangerous especially if you’re working with a good amount of resistance. It could still be optional, but even 4 or 5 short exercises using the relevant muscle groups as a light warm up and some indication of what to do once the session is finished I think might really help. I have had some minor soreness or pains (I wouldn’t go as far as to say injury) in typical areas like knees, shoulder, upper arm etc which might just be due to improper warmup. Just a suggestion to keep it on the safe side :) • Two things I think the Aflete App could really benefit from are: 1) a built-in rest or exercise timer, where you can set how many seconds rest or exercise you want and 2) a way to save resistance band colors rather than data in kg/lb as it’s super difficult to really tell with a band what the actual weight is, and sometimes I forget which resistance band I used last time for that exercise. Also a built-in Timer would save having to use a different timer app simultaneously which can be super annoying, and would also give structure to rest times so you’re not just more or less guessing (your info in the PDF could be used here just to set which rest time you want between sets) • Most of all, I think i thought this programme might be more challenging than it has been for me or have more of a significant overload/progression as the weeks go on. I know it’s designed for everyone including beginners but I do wonder what experienced athletes or those with a high fitness level would get out of it overall - this is coming from a place of admiration and aspiration towards your own level of fitness :) I think it would be possible to still be accessible to beginners with the adaptations but still add even more challenging progressions: such as with push-ups, for example, where the most difficult version is a regular push-up, where as there could be other twerks made to go a step further. This is really my biggest feedback, if I may, that it would be so great to have Home just a little bit more challenging still for those who already train regularly and at a moderate-high level or at least have bonus/extra credit options if someone needs more of a push :) I really do like the training though and I’m considering whether to go for Cut or Move next, really love your fitness presence and just thought I’d share my thoughts! Both are amazing program, I think the movements are more challenging in Move, and the overall load is more challenging in Cut. Have fun with them when possible!

I bought HOME training guide 3 weeks ago, started 3 weeks ago and OMG I love it, each session makes me sweat like crazy and challenge me everytime :) I'm not new to training but I can tell you all the workouts are challenging (Of course you gotta add in the right amount of weights and give it your 100%) It is a training guide that is a lot of fun, always looking forward to what is next. I believe I will be re-doing it after I end the 10 weeks @Natasha, When are your elastic bands back in stock :) ? I have my own from Amazon/Gymshark, but really wish to buy yours !! Gopika Jalan I used a non loop resistance band while I was waiting to get my looped bands and it worked for most exercises! You just have to get creative on how to substitute them in for certain exercises 😊

Things that make me feel good: as someone who's struggled with depression, anxiety and panic disorder for 13 years and recently quit her medication, working out is making me feel so much more relaxed and happy. Hey - love the channel. Question on Home Reload program. I have 2 kids so finding a solid hour a day in one block is really tough. Would the Home Reload workouts still be effective if the hour per day was split into two sessions e.g. 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in afternoon or will I really only see solid progression doing the full 60 mins at a time?

Hello from the U.S!!! I know I missed the giveaway but I just wanted to come on here and let you know how encouraging you’ve been. I’m a new follower, I found you a couple weeks ago on YouTube and you kicked my butt!! I am usually training in the gym 5x a week, heavy weights, feeling freaking strong, but i was exhausted 😢 my trainer had me on 1500 cal lifting up to 300lbs. I wasn’t losing weight and just felt sick. I was really down about not being able to go to the gym until I found you! Your videos about intuitive eating and your hitt workouts are SOOO REFRESHING! I was drinking 300 mg of caffeine (sometimes more 🥵) just to get through my classes. I’m waking up now without any energy drinks or coffee! Sorry to go on this long ramble but I appreciate you! This quarantine is really hard for all of us. We are not use to sitting at home for that long without going out. It’s difficult to have good mindset, diet without going extremely crazy. But we have to adapt somehow. The are lots of thing that help us. We can go for a walk to listen how birds are singing. Also we have a chance to spend more time with our family which can be hard during normal week, because we all are in rush. I had a chance to think about my body, my mind I just could think more about myself because when I’m going to the university 5 days a week and learning on weekends I don’t have time for that. So I started enjoying working out (before it was a torture, really 😅 and now I love it!) I started thinking about my diet, eating more healthy, because I have time to think about what I’m eating. I think that this quarantine made me stronger and made my realize of my mistakes that I’ve been making. Truly, I’m in a really happy place right now and realizing this is soooo good. I love how you've inspired me not only to look athletic but also to be athletic. As a powerlifter, I'd never thought about learning handstands or calisthenics in general. 2 weeks ago I couldn't even do a pistol squat even tho I literally squat about 100kg (And I'm not massive, I promise :D). So! I'm super excited to see those home workouts as we all have to make it through the quarantine. What also keeps me sane is: -Watching your videos to remind me how does a healthy relationship with food is, -Painting, -Knife and axe throwing, -photography, -loooong walks to the forest, -your HIIT workouts (I hate them so much at the same time) -cooking, -dancing and lots of sleep :D My big acc: sylvia_slav Stay healthy!

Hee Natacha! I bought The regular Home programme just a few days before the home reload was launched. i did not know it was going to be launched. I am really struggeling with my weight and this quarantine makes it even worse so that was the reason I bought home in the first place. My question know is if it is possible for me to get the food section from home reload, because i did not know it was going to be included. I hope it is possible. I enjoy the work outs very much! Love!

Things that make me happy right now are so simple, that I’m almost ashamed to write them down. Im imagining myself - visiting my parents and grandparents for the first time after the lockdown, - taking my kids to the park, - playing board games with my friends, -walking my dog around the lake, - shopping for clothes with my sister that I miss dearly. And I’m planing my next summer vacations. I’m will be barbecuing from dusk till dawn every day, I’m gonna go to Portugal and I’m gonna enjoy every single minute of it :) email: havaria@wp.pl

Question! I’ve started the program and I’m finding it really difficult to consume as many calories as the guide advises. I don’t mean mental - I have no problem trusting it. I mean it’s very physically difficult for me to eat as much as I’m supposed to be based on the equation in the nutrition portion. Any tips?
