The 30 minute workout: each exercise is performed for 40s and followed by 20s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1 to 10 and then repeat it 3 times! Feel free to go for 1 or 2 rounds if you’re just starting out (:
1. Jack to high knee
2. Assisted press-up to sit back
3. Squat to punch
4. Squat thrust to heel tap
5. Overhead squat with arm drive
6. Plank walk in to pike
7. Kneel to high knee
8. Bear to knee tap
9. Alternating knee strikes
10. Assisted side plank crunches

Hi Natacha. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. I'm 32 and have struggled with the binge/restrict cycle for about 20 years. I've been to therapy previously and got some level of control over it, but something about the way you explain everything in your videos has finally made it click. I - probably like loads of other people - have never tried just eating a regular amount of calories. Always either 1000 and under or loss of control and 3000. It's so strange how you can't see what's right in fron of you sometimes, but your vidoes have cracked it for me. I've been eating 1900 calories consistently for two months and I feel amazing. I thought I was stuck forever. Thank you so so so so so much. I hope you get everything you ever dream of! Soz this has a vibe like you paid me to write it :/

To be honest, your 20 minute workouts have killed me in the past, so wasn't hopeful I'd manage all 3 rounds going in - but with an extra 30 seconds between rounds to catch my breath and have some water, I actually completed the entire workout! I really loved your workout natacha, your moves are original and fun and I feel great after it's done. The only thing that''s a bit unpractical is that in between the switching sides with the side plank crunch there is almost no time. So i'm doing one side less than the other. I actually surprised myself with my stamina with this one, feels so empowering haha! I didn't watch the exercises before starting so it was a surprise. Good and balanced workout, although the first half is a bit quad heavy with all the squatting movements.
