    The 20 minute HOME workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. The 20 exercises are listed below!

This is really hard I didn't make it that far before my whole body just gave out and started to ache I only got 6.05 I wish I got farther but my will to push on was better and I didnt just dodge and not do it soo small victories anyway I will try to get further tommorow I didnt expect it to be so hard but still thankful I tried anyway thanks you all for listening but gotta get back to studying for school soo yep and also school in the morning not a good day for me hahaha but its ok again thanks for listening

I was pretty sure I hated this when I was doing it, but an hour later feel great and energized. Before covid I was a daily gym person(not going back until I have a vaccine), but got really sloppy with my routines. I had to do some modifications as a couple of the exercises didn't seem physiologically possible LOL, and pause to take a couple breaks longer than 15 seconds which made this survivable.

There is no such thing as targeted fat loss, however, if you exercise & eat in a calorie deficit, you will lose overall fat (and thus a bit of belly fat) :) Cardio in itself will not make your arms skinny, but it will burn calories > increasing your calorie deficit > your overall bodyfat loss :) So you should do these type of workouts for full body toning, and if you feel like your arms are getting too skinny from your fat loss, you can implement more upper-body exercises into your training routine :) Hope this helps, enjoy the journey !!

There should be a bell between workouts. You seem to use it inconsistently. It's really frustrating to try and follow the work out and then look up and realize you've long moved on, and it's not good form to have your neck craned towards your monitor/screen constantly.

You can see she's only focused on very fit and advanced people, this is not achievable for normal people or beginners. Glad there are so many amazing others out there like chloe ting and lilly sabri who's exercises are difficult too but not impossible
