Your flat is so lovely and reflects you so well! I'm so happy for you~~~~~~~~ You might like to invest in some carpets-- anything from very minimal jute type to lovely Berber wool rugs. I say this because it might be really cold, come wintertime, and it really makes a huge difference. Another reason might be improved sound quality for videos (especially ASMR, lol.) Also, you might like to add a bit of color or pattern, and can easily switch things up since carpets are easy to roll up and store.

Try wearing ear plugs to sleep and try writing down your thoughts. I have found that I get rushing thoughts and cannot sleep because I am worried about forgetting them. Once I put it down I have a todo list for tomorrow and a good nights sleep on top of it. But you have to do it as soon as you get the thoughts. If you wait until its 3am to try it you will just be anxious about the time.
