    The 20 minute HOME workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. The 10 exercises are listed below and we repeat it twice!

just finished the workout and it was super fun! according to my apple watch i burned 138 active calories and 162 total calories! for a reference i am 5’4 and 123 lbs. i am also a teen. i hope this helped someone!

Great workout! Its been... well since March, since ive worked out. the year prior I LOST 50lbs! So proud of myself. then covid shut everything down, taking the gyms with it.. and lo and behold ya girl has gained back 30lbs. so very disappointing.
