    The 20 minute HOME workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. The 10 exercises are listed below and we repeat it twice!

It sad to say it but It’s shown that I needed a pandemic to start working out 2-3 times/week. 15-40 minute workouts at home, but from almost nothing in a few years except going for walks sometimes to that. Great workout! Some exercises were really though.

Thank you for this! I am an apartment dweller, so no-noise workouts are the only thing for me. I wanted to ask you about modifications for the crab/tabletop exercises...I have a labrum injury so any weightbearing workout that brings my arm behind my shoulder/back is a no-no per my PT. So I usually do a lot of crossfit workouts but I injured my back a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to do any sort of jumping or anything requiring bending over or using weights really. I've been doing these videos to keep myself active and let me tell you!!!!! these have been the biggest blessing. They keep my heart rate up and keep me sweating and work out my entire body. Shanley C she definitely puts ads on other videos, but she usually keeps her workouts ad free or only at the beginning and end. I have just noticed that a ton of her videos suddenly have midroll ads that definitely were not there previously so I don’t think she placed them, but I could be wrong :)

I think some of her music was copyright claimed and youtube added the ads and she doesn’t have a say :( I know it’s a total bummer, but I think she addressed it in a recent video.
