The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1, Move 2, Move 3, Move 4, Move 5 and then repeat for 3 total rounds.
1. Squat to knee drive
2. Reverse plank marches - see video for easier variation
3. Shoulder tap plank jacks - see video for easier variation
4. Kneel to squat thrust

After months and months of not being active I tried these and boy did I die? I started this past Monday, and on Thursday it was as if I was doing them for the first time, at the end of the session I told myself I'm going back to my simple usual routine, but much to my surprise on Friday morning, yesterday, I found myself doing them AGAIN, and I did a whole lot better, I was so proud of myself, I am. Endurance is really key. Your workouts are excellent, no mediocre. Keep doing what you love Natacha, it shows.

Wow!! This HIIT workout was incredible!! I was extremely thankful it was only 15 minutes. I had to modify one movement and also the crab leg lifts because my elbows were not having it, so the last round I just did lateral bears crawls instead. I absolutely despise any kind of "jack" exercise, but I loved this HIIT session. It was tough yet doable. Thank you, Natacha, your HIIT workouts are the perfect replacement for those days I just can't find it in me to run.

It’s midnight and I just had to come here rn and tell you guys that natacha’s hiit workouts are crazy. You would think that because it’s short and you take long rest times that it won’t be as effective, but let me tell you IT IS!! Seriously, it’s scary. I saw an obvious difference after 4 days of starting (and i only did it once every 2 days and did 10 min abs after). My face looks slimmer, i CAN’t stop looking at my arms in the mirror cause they were always kind of just soft, but now it’s literally muscle and it’s like the fat burned off that easily. Same thing in my legs, they’re more toned and maybe lost 2 or 3 cm. I didn’t change anything in my diet and it’s wild because I’ve workong out consistently for the past month and I wasn’t seeing any difference. Just 15 or 20 mins every 2 days and I got better results in a week!!

Disha Yadav i did this and the other one that’s 20 mins (its the only 20 min one and it starts with side jumping squats) . Every 2 days I do one. Not in a specific order just depending on my mood. Either way i do 4 rounds each time and lately I’ve been doing 5 like its nothing. I Feel like i’ve toned down significantly but maybe not much difference on the scale. More muscle strength and definition.

Motivation to get through this is extremely difficult when you're attacked by ads every few minutes. How can you do a timed workout effectively if it's interrupted by 30-120 second ads that you have to keep skipping? Obviously some of the 30 second ones you can't even skip. So frustrating!!

Nothing in this video is HIIT. This is CARDIO not HIIT. Meaning, this is aerobic not anaerobic. True HIIT is extremely fast bursts of movement lasting no longer than 20-30 seconds with a rest of 2-3 minutes or until full recovery. Also, true HIIT can only be performed 1-3 times a week with.

i am really happy for all you do! I am not temting myself going to the gym even knowing it would give me better results faster and still i believe a good results can be achived even from home for more slow perid of time but every constant effort is paid off.
