I miss being flexible... I was able to do front splits and everything. Now I’m happy to touch my toes. I blame too much running and never stretching.

I just did this workout - it was good. But what I didn't like was, she did not explain how to do these exercises without hurting yourself. I'm very fit, but I see most people making comments might not be. Natacha did not explain to keep your core tight and tuck in your bum while doing these moves (as well as other coaching) before, during this workout. I'm not sure why she doesn't do that. Would have been easy to add voice over tips or cards during the workout. A little disappointed, especially with her expertise????

This is amazing! I've been on a long break for a few months and used to be really active too. Today was my first workout and OMG its ridiculously how much strength and endurance you lose in such a short space of time. But you're so right, you can get it back and faster than before <3 I can do it :)

As a yoga teacher and student I have seen improvement in ROM from the 5 breath rule in myself and students. 5 deep breaths in most stretches will allow your muscle to relax into the stretch. Hope you see improvement in that box split soon!

Speaking from a gymnast, middle splits is known as hard to get. It’s more painful than front. You gotta put in more effort than for the split to get it (typically)
