The part about limitations is soo true! I did A-level Maths and in my first year I had a mechanics module and I was so convinced it was like physics and I hated it and wasn't able to do it that when it came to the exam, I got a U in it. My headmistress personally tutored me the next year and I retook it after allowing myself to believe that I could do it well, it was maths and I usually liked maths, and when I retook it I got an A in the module. No doubt the tutoring helped! But I truly believe the biggest difference was me letting myself believe I could do it

Guys. lost a lot of fat does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I do not really want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

I love how you portrayed dancers as athletes which are people who are proficent on sports. Because people seem to forget that any form of dabce is a sport and a art. The fact that it can be 2 things is amazing. Its a sport because it is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.(official definition) and a art because its physically pleasing. I hate when people pick in chose whether its a this or that when by definitions its both. For the pft, your entire head doesnt have to go over the bar, just your chin, so if you wanted to you could just shoot your chin up , and make it a bit easier but still good job.

I haven't been able to get out and mountain bike due to bad weather for a few days so I needed a hard cardio replacement. This did the trick! Did this after 30 mins of strength training. Not my best idea lol. HIIT is no joke. Round 1: I'll do 2 rounds, not so bad Round 2: OOH that sucked I can do one more though Round 3: Well I've done 3, may as well make it 4 Round 4: Time for a nap and a funeral for my (already sore) legs

I eat around 3000 calories a day when I eat intuitively and often feel guilty about that despite me being a healthy weight. It’s drilled into our heads that a grown woman should eat 1200-2000cals which is a laughably small amount. Can we please reject diet culture and take GENERALIZED nutrition guidelines with a grain of salt?

I used to train 4-5 times a week, I was exhausted all the time and I didn't see much progress. With help of professional coach I now train 2-3 times a week, but harder, still get results and I feel much better :) I love to get inspired by your workout and later try what works for me. Everyone should find his or hers fit.

Did you get your box splits? I found that i have to rotate my hips forward so the actual joints allow me to go further. Also use a chair to lean on to keep your chest upright
